My WhatsApp On Call service lets you stay connected with me between appointments.

You can upload your blood pressure readings, ECG traces from your smart device, or recent blood results, and share any concerns the moment they arise.

It’s a simple way to stay in touch and get timely reassurance when you need it most.

Every two months, you’ll have a private appointment with me to review your symptoms, monitor your heart health, and adjust your plan if needed.

Every three months, you’ll have a dedicated fitness and nutrition check-in, with tailored advice to keep you on track.

 

Regular support at home

Fortnightly emails with practical recipes, exercise videos, and heart health tips designed to help you live well day to day.
